Good property, centrally located, newly renovated with updated floor heating system. Rooms are decently sized, has all amenities required for a long term stay as well. Very helpful owner

The building has some renovations on the outside which we were not aware during booking. It was later clarified however that it's just work on the outer fassade , the view is blocked but didn't bother us too much.

No washing machine and parking difficult. Host only spoke German so difficult for international visitors.

Our colleague was bite by scabies at the sofa in the room. He was hospitalized today right after coming home. We are shocked about that situation and ask the Booking to take measures! We have the doctors note and pictures of bites consequences on the body. Please advice where can we send them to file a complaint? We haven't received an invoice even after we asked for it several times. No one speaks English.
