Noisy at night but then it is right in City Centre.

Location was fantastic! The size of the apartment and the cleanliness of it were good. Bright; great black-out shades. Comfy beds, lots of room for storage. Having a washing machine was a nice extra. The reception help was great; cleaning daily. Well appointed.

While not a biggie, the elevator is tiny and very slow, but grateful for it, for luggage. My only (minor) complaints about the unit itself was that the bathroom is very small; very, very little space for toiletries and only one plug - common in Europe. And there was only one wineglass in the kitchen, we had to ask for more and only 2 (full caffeine) Nespresso pods that weren't replaced during our 4 days. When we asked, we were told they didn't have more. But truly, other than these minor things, I'd highly, highly recommend this place.

The property is nicely located not too far from the center of of porto. It's a bit of a walk to Plaça de Liberdade (maybe 10 to 15 minute walk?) but it is good enough for us. Some people say the location is somewhat noisy, but to our experience, it is acceptable. The noise from outside area is not noisy. The unit is a 1-bedroom apartment with a very spacious living room with very nice set of furniture. The bed is very comfy, the pillows and the bedcover are so nice. The kitchen area is very spacious too, and the fridge is huge. The laundry room is very useful as we washed our clothes several times. The wifi is stable and fast, so we did not have trouble accessing the internet. The amenities in the bathroom is very well prepared. So we did not need to use our amenities in there, except foe toothpaste. It is a perfect place for couples to spend quality time together while enjoying the colorful of Porto.

There was a leak on the washer of the toilet, which some flooded the bathroom floor when we were away. The housekeeping somehow did not try to fix it while we were away. The bathroom is also small so that we hust opened up the door when we used the bathroom. The shower box is somewhat small. The housekeeping also did not replenish the coffee in the room during our stay, even when we asked to restock the coffee, it did not happen. The access from street to the lobby is quite troublesome as we had to carry our suitcases using quite high stairs. The elevator is very small. We brought a medium sized suitcase, and the elevator only fit in one person with one suitcase at a time. Given the construction of the building quite old, the elevator has to be very slow for use. The balcony, although it is very nice, it is very small and tight to sit on the chairs in the balcony. We ended up just opening the balcony doors as the air was so fresh, nice and cool.

Extremely well located apartment - we were just a few minutes walking from most great restaurants and landmarks. The place was very good overall, all the facilities we needed were there: good wifi, washing machine, etc. The host was extremely kind with us, i.e: he helped us carrying our luggages both on check-in and checkout - this was a relief as we had many of them and our kid to take care of.

* The bed was not comfortable. We felt back pain after the 3rd day and managed to improve it a little only after covering the bed with an extra duvet we got from the host. * Another small thing is that we had our 2-years-old son with us and it was a bit of a surprise to realize that we have to go through some stairs before getting into the elevator (located in the 1st floor).

The hot water thermostat didnt seem to work properly and although the staff tried to fix it, it was still not upto the mark.

so clean, bright and airy as well as comfortable. the apartment was in excellent condition and in a great location to walk to the city centre or down to the river. the staff went above and beyond too and are truly there to make your stay as pleasant as possible!

In general our stay was very enjoyable but there are few things which could be better: Our apartment was facing the street and it was rather noisy from the outside traffic. We needed earplugs to sleep. The window in the bedroom wasn't shutting right. It created more noise from outside and some draft. We asked staff to send someone to fix it but nobody came. We stayed over the period of public holiday weekend so I assume nobody was at the shift to come and fix it. To be fare to the staff we were offered the room move but we didn't want to move because we were traveling with a baby and had too much stuff to move. There were coffee machine at the apartment but no coffee capsules. We ask staff to bring some but it seems there were no one to do it. So we were not able to use the coffee machine throughout the whole stay. There is not enough kitchenware to cook with. It would be nice to have more pots and pans to cook with. It will also be helpful if cooking oil, salt and paper were provided for free. Even though there is a lift in the building you can fit a baby pram into it. It would be nice if place was offering a baby high chair.

Wifi was super fast. Having a washing machine was very helpful. Room was a bit minimalistic, but still comfortable.

It was a little bit difficult to find the unit when checking in, but it was solved by calling the office and having them talk to the taxi driver. We stayed for a week and were only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. It probably could have been solved if we had the maid come in, but we had the do not disturb sign up and we never saw the maid to ask. So we had to buy some of our own.

it was very clean, updated. The location was good & you could get a taxi any time of day. The shower was great. fantastic water pressure. The internet went out a few times, but not for long. We had the 2 bedroom apartment & it was really spacious. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent location, huge apartment, very clean!

The apartment is great but know that if you will need anything that requires to communicate with the staff, then it becomes a different story. Service is poor up to doesn't exist. When finally I was able to reach a representative on the phone it was a very weird conversation that offered no solution and caused more frustration. If you are going to book it hope that you will not need to communicate with the staff.

Staff availability and willingness to help. Too many "confusions" of staff entering the apartment without permission or even knocking on the door.
