Transportation difficult to get

I loved the owners. So friendly and helpful. They drive us to the pier to Olango and helped us to get a day pass at a big resort nearby. Also helped us to book ferry tickets. The rooms are standard or family rooms. The standard rooms are cheaper but don’t have refrigerator or warm water. The family rooms are very nice. Clean, refrigerator and warm water and nice beds. Also first floor and access to the pool. The pool is nice. Shifting lights in the evening with a water fall. Lovely garden to. The food is Mexican style but also serve Philipino dishes. They have live music on Friday.

If you want warm water and refrigerator just book a family room.

The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained!

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the property. Everything was always so clean and well maintained.

The staff. They obviously love their job because they always display friendly faces when approached.

Disclaimer, I seldom post reviews but I feel the need to share our experience for others’ reference. They do not have dedicated front desk person, we always had to wait for someone to accommodate our urgent needs. We were thinking maybe because we were the only customers they had last night that’s why they had taken our visit lightly but if they’re aiming for superb customer service as usual in a business perspective, they failed. Also, in this app it shows the standard room has tv and free breakfast. During our stay, our room had no tv so we had to upgrade to deluxe and we paid for the breakfast. They offered a free room upgrade but my fiancee and I paid for it just to avoid further discussion because the manager claimed that he did not know about the inclusion posted here and we were tired after the long travel. The cignal cable and wifi connection are worst. We had to replay or restart the movie multiple times because we had intermittent connection. The staff cleaned the pool very late in the morning, they obviously had no sense of urgency because we had to check on them around 7am earlier to know the time of serving for our breakfast and because we thought prior that our breakfast was free so we were anticipating they could’ve checked on us. And as mentioned, there wasn’t a front desk person who assisted us right away so life here is a waiting game. Overall, 4/10.
