Lovely friendly reception changed my motel room booking to one bedroom unit. Comfortable room and sitting area.

Previous stayer left a T-shirt, grill and oven needed a clean and couldn’t locate a dish cloth, maybe cleaners were having a busy day.

Closeness to beach and town

Having stayed at this property several years ago I found the property to be tired and rundown and looked as though it hadn’t been revamped since I last stayed there. Whilst unit was clean , beds were old and uncomfortable , shower head was rusty , tv controller had not been checked for operation showing that maintainance was not up to stratch and updating did not seem a priority.

Filthy dirty, had to wash all cutlery, dishes and pillow cases stained had to use our own. Cobwebs, dust and dirt everywhere had to get the manager in to dust some things. Container with sugar, tea and coffee were filthy dirty and 2 of the coffee Sasha’s were out of date. Expiated July 2021 yes 2021!

I think it is pretty run down and could do with a good scrub, fix up of old tiles and vanity etc.

Close to all beach, cafes shopping

Needs a good clean. Eg window sills caked with dirt/dust, windows need a good clean and cupboards under sink need a wipe out. Dishwasher doesn’t work

Handy location. Comfortable beds. Shower hot and with great flow.

The kitchen facilities where dirty. The toaster and kettle needed a good wipe down. Crumbs and spillage marks all over the shelves. A surprising notice on the microwave demanding that the bins be emptied and all crockery and cutlery be washed (in the bathroom basin!). If these chores were not completed to their satisfaction we would be charged a cleaning fee - I'm not sure this is legal but most certainly unethical! The person at reception was rude at checkin and unhelpful for anything other than the bare minimum service. I would not return due to the sneaky demand for cleaning fee for jobs that really should not be expected of a guest.

Great location. Friendly staff. Short walk to main restaurants and rainbow beach. Glad room had laundry facilities as travelling with a baby. Room was decent size and somewhat clean. Had foxtel installed on tv which was a bonus.

Had minimal equipment given like washing up liquid, dishwasher powder, and toilet paper. The beds were okay. average price for our stay. unfortunately didn’t have aircon in bedroom only one in living/kitchen area. Bedroom ceiling fan had 2 settings, off or savage. Difficult to close patio sliding door.

Room needed a good deep clean Dirty around fridge Little patio dirty.Did not expect to find the kettle microwave and the very limited dishes and cutlery in rhe wardrobe When cooking facalities are supplied I would expected some where to sit to eat not at a tiny dusty table on a dirty little patio.While it was nice to have a pool it was very dangerous to get in and out of We wished to use the BBq When enquired was told there was a 50 dollar deposit refundable if left clean.It was so filthy we would have had to clean it before we could use it.We did not use. It was cleaned the day we were leaving.The surrounds around the pool were badly maintained That said they seemed to be attempting to clear up the place as we were leaving.Note in kitchen wardrobe stated if we did not leave out rubbish and clean dishes we would have to pal a cleaning fee .Also if we changed Tv channels we would be fined Overall place dated in need of a good cleas and update

Room was really dirty, especially kitchen facilities and bathroom. Staff member was rude and unhelpful in regard to check in after 5pm despite their original email saying it only needed to be after 8pm. we are touring Oz at the moment and have stayed in a number of great places with lovely staff. This wasn’t one of them!
