Great location, exactly as described.
No air conditioning, property would be very hot in summer

The building (entrance, lift, stairs) was clean, the pool was nice, and the parking garage was very comfortable and secure. The kitchen appliances worked well but was very narrow. The 3 bedrooms and living room furniture were very acceptable. The balcony was big and had a nice view of the swimming pool. The staff check in was very kind, cooperative and helpful. At the check in and checkout, especially Santi.
Both bathrooms had no ventilators, the bathroom doors were inconsistent, the door of the shower cabin was damaged and the drainage of the shower cabin was weak. There were frequent cockroaches in the bathroom. The balcony is titled. The laundry hanger was broken. The refrigerator was small for a 5 person stay.
The hotels and restaurants were loud at night and the nearby Indian Restaurant released a foul smell at times of the day.
The beach was dirty and had engine oil spillage from the nearby ships.
