Very welcoming. The woman (sorry, forget her name) who waited to let us in, was nice. I was having problems with my knee so it took us forever to get to the door, but she welcomed us and showed us around. We even got towels for the beach. Later, I got a great text from her daughter with dinning recommenations. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean. Windows shut tightly so no problem with street noise
The only thing I would suggest is to please clean out the expresso machine. It looked like it had mold inside the water canister so we did not feel comfortable using.

Location - coffee shop and convenience store right outside the door; great communication and instructions; very clean, comfortable, and as advertised.
Room was on the small side with nowhere to set suitcases, room lighting sparse.

Rooms are very old and small. It was clean and had a good ensuite.
Rooms look better in the photos than it actually was.
Rooms need a revamp to brighten them up.
