The activities are great, the F&B FO staff were nice responsive smiling and very friendly and cooperative. The view was magnificent heavenly like, the check in and check out were very smooth.
The cleaning of the room was bad, the cleanness was bad when we first arrived, the toilet spray was leaking and when fixed was replaced with another one that was very weak.

We had a really lovely and relaxing stay at Tufandag Mountain Resort. Our room was beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the mountains. The whole resort had such a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Tufandag. Highly recommended!

Hotel room was very good with breathtaking Mountain and Lake View. Location was excellent to visit Ski Activities.
We felt that the staff were a bit rude especially the ones at Restaurant on the 3rd Floor where we had breakfast.
