This house is located near Music Row, so is outside the main hustle of Nashville which was perfect for what we wanted. It is close enough to get to main areas of central Nashville but is peaceful at night. The house was very clean and suitably large for the 6 of us that stayed there. Having our own bathrooms was a definite plus point. The jet shower in the downstairs bathroom was amazing.Checking in was straightforward and the keyless system meant it was easy for us to all come and go as we pleased.The only slight issue was no kettle but that was only a minor thing.Would happily recommend this place.

This property is beautiful, updated, well-maintained and very clean. Neighborhood is gentrifying and had a mix of updated, upscale homes such as this one, and some that could use a little love. It was a very short drive to Broadway. There were restaurants within walking distance. Studio B was a couple of blocks over from the home and we enjoyed a tour there. Would definitely recommend this home for your Nashville stay. We would stay here again.

Beautiful historic house with wonderful modern updates.

Everything was fine but 2 of the 3 stove burners that we tried wouldn't work. The bedroom on the top floor to the left had a pipe leaking under the sink which we had to put a bowl under, as well as bugs around the bathroom sink, a sink faucet that was loose and a shower/tub spout that isn't attached to the shower wall. We were also expecting one more bedroom which turned out to be a loft instead.
