the room (5122?) was excellent. The main restaurant was great. The staff were generally good and helpful although a few non english speaking staff had difficulties understanding our questions. The swimming pool was good.

Not so much house music in the evening - more variety would be beneficial to some guests. The main poolside bar could look more inviting (it looks 'functional' - OK in the daytime but evenings not very comfortable). In the sun stage, the hookah pipes were sometimes excessive and often made people sit in clouds of smoke which for non smokers was not pleasant - a smoking area would be a better solution

We really enjoyed our 9 night stay in Corendon. Just as we arrived we were impressed by the green territory and beautiful facilities, reception, restaurants and the pier all surrounded by mountains. Our room was in the building starting from 14.. and it was not so big, but comfortable. Having it on the first floor was a bonus. It has all you need, a small balcony, minibar, Nespresso machine. The rooms are cleaned daily, however we want to say that not all cleaning was done good. Except one person we want to highlight - lady from Indonesia. Her attention to detail and friendlinest was beyond our expectations. Reception staff is good, but not always helpful as they change often. It is better to solve any issues with Guest Relations. All the 3 ladies were very helpful and friendly. We would like to explicitely recommend Rikia asian restaurant and the waiter Tunay and A la carte Manager - Ümit Tunalı(also we appreciate his all round help) Waiters from Day and Night bistro from Kazakhstan were also exceptionally friendly and professional. We always felt welcome. We noted that the hotel is kept very clean, staff is working day and night to make us feel comfortable. Entertainment was some days very good and sometimes just good. We skipped some of the performances. Watersport section is pricey but we liked the staff and excursions. We didn't visit the spa and found that the staff who advertised was a bit pushy, not to mention prices for a massage really high.

Great evening shows, huge territory, lots of food, lots of activities. Very close access to sea. Quiet during night. Tennis, pickleball are available. Desserts during the day and almost all kind of cocktails Almost no kids (in September).

We liked the hotel a lot, but there’s always room for improvement, soo.. There’s a lot of smoking. It would be nice to have an area outside for non-smoking people. I want to enjoy fresh air and someone is constantly smoking nearby. It’s impossible to escape it. Some sports activities are difficult (like fly yoga), it would be nice to have an indication (beginner/medium/hard), and trainer wasn’t helping that much. We also signed up for stand up paddle boarding one week in advance. You have to come there at 7:50. The class was only 20 minutes (should be 1 hour). It would be nice if you could just pay and rent them during the day.

Very central location. Everywhere was kept so clean and tidy. The drinks were great value in the all inclusive plus snacks and ice cream. Good entertainment. On the beach and plenty of sun loungers available. The waiter around the pool on roller skates was the best overall!

This hotel caters mainly for Russian guests. Very few English here. The biggest disappointment was the food. We couldn’t eat in the restaurant once, food was basic and cold! No variety at all. Rooms were very tired and need an upgrade. Air con in the rooms is poor so felt very hot over night and unable to sleep.
