Tropical Breeze è un appartamento con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno al primo piano di un condominio a 4 piani. L'appartamento non dista più di 30 piedi dall'acqua. Un patio con sedie a sdraio, tavolo / ombrellone e grill a gas è appena fuori. Ottimo per abbronzarsi; ma c'è ombra se / quando necessario.
Puoi pescare al largo del nostro molo o litorale (abbiamo i bastoncini per il tuo uso). Questo è un paradiso della fauna selvatica. È comune vedere delfini e lamantini. Ascolta il loro espirare e saprai guardare fuori.
Pesce che salta? Ne vedrai decine, diverse specie. Molti pesci che saltano puliscono l'acqua di 3, anche 4 piedi, proprio al largo del nostro molo. Uccelli? Ce ne sono molti, compresi i soliti uccelli trampolieri, falchi pescatori e pappagalli della Florida.
Abbiamo kayak e stand up paddle board per il vostro uso, attrezzi da pesca come detto, biciclette tra cui un tandem; e ogni tipo di attrezzatura da spiaggia come skim e tavole da surf, galleggianti, sedie da spiaggia, ombrelloni, refrigeratori, giocattoli da spiaggia per bambini e asciugamani, in modo da non dover acquistare né perdere tempo a noleggiare quegli articoli.
Abbiamo una cucina completamente attrezzata, tra cui spezie, olio da cucina e caffè. Tutto ciò che devi acquistare è il cibo. L'intera proprietà, l'appartamento e i servizi sono in buone condizioni.
La brezza tropicale è all'estremità sud di Siesta Key. Ristoranti e negozi di alimentari non sono lontani. Per i tuoi acquisti più seri; sarà richiesto un viaggio sulla terraferma.
Abbiamo palme, oltre a arancia, mango e fico; se ti piace la frutta appena raccolta.
L'appartamento presenta 1 letto queen-size e 1 divano-letto pieghevole queen-size. Può dormire comodamente mamma, papà e due bambini o 4 adulti. Lavanderia a gettoni in loco. 1 posto auto è incluso. La brezza tropicale è stata fornita ed è gestita dai proprietari del 4-plex.

What an amazing apartment! My boyfriend and I stayed in Apt A and absolutely loved it. Very clean and comfortable. Views were amazing! Location is very convenient and perfect for our little vacation. We will definitely be coming back!!

Walking in to Apt. A, I was happy to see that cleanliness was a top priority. The view is wonderful and the patio allows for a nice space to take it all in. The unit was stocked with just about everything you need from toiletries to kitchen supplies. It’s a short walk to Turtle Beach and the trolley stop. The neighborhood is far enough away from the busy spots of Siesta Key; it is very quiet. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the sleeper sofa had a deflated air mattress, so sitting in the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, but the view and cleanliness made up for that. The communication with the owner was fantastic! I recommend staying here.

The apartment is nice. Lots of room and very clean. It's in a quiet area which is nice, but nothing is too far away.

We’ve never felt the need to write a bad review on any stays. And while we enjoyed the location & our stay we did experience problems with our host. First, the response time was about 24 hours, if at all, as they were on vacation. And we did run into few problems like no internet, no electricity in some outlets & no microwave. There also was construction work being done on the dock next door starting before 8am even on Saturday. This is not their fault but just something that added to the problems. They responded the 2nd day of our stay that they were getting renovations & the workmen must have cut off electricity & forgotten to reinstall microwave. They suggested that we could move to the other apartment located by the roadway next to a very busy restaurant. We had chosen this location to be by the water & were paying extra for the view. Besides we had unpacked & didn’t want to spend time repacking & moving. We suggested to just give us extension cords to run electricity through out the house & we’ll manage without microwave. Upon our departure we mentioned we should probably get some reimbursement, that’s when host said that her reimbursement was her offering us the other apartment & we were the ones that turned it down & after that she wouldn’t respond to me. We had to get VRBO involved & even they had a hard time getting response from them. They initially stated a certain amount that was agreed on but a week later they reduced it to 100 & we never heard from them again
