Perfetto per vacanze in famiglia o giovani viaggiatori. Residence con 3 camere con tutti i comfort e Wifi. Situato in condominio privato con sicurezza 24 ore su 24, dispone di piscina, palapa e parco giochi per bambini. Facile accesso dal viale principale.
Residence in stile moderno minimalista su 2 piani con 2 ampie camere da letto al piano superiore dotate di armadio e aria condizionata, la camera da letto principale ha un bagno privato e balcone; 1 camera da letto con aria condizionata, soggiorno con divano letto, aria condizionata e TV con Netflix, sala da pranzo per 4 o 6 persone, cucina completamente attrezzata, al piano terra. Ha un bagno completo all'ultimo piano e un bagno di servizio al piano terra. Internet WiFi in tutta la casa.

Carlos went out of his way to meet us when we arrived and departed and was very kind. The condo is in a gated community and felt safe. Though the furnishings and linens are not luxurious, they worked fine. Our biggest issue was that the water pressure from the kitchen sink and one of the showers just came out as a slow dribble. We recommended that Carlos look into that as maybe there is just mineral deposit buildup in the filters; hopefully, that will be fixed for future guests. Overall, we appreciated having a safe place to ourselves with beds, bathrooms and a small kitchen for a very reasonable price.

Very confortable stay, near public transportation, restaurants and wal-mart.
the house is clean and looks like brand new, the kitchen has some spices so you will be able to cook. the pool is nice and it has a playground so the kids can play. you can take the bus to downtown easly and get there in 5 to 10 minutes. i will come back for sure.
