Nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir réservé ce superbe logement spacieux, parfaitement situé en hyper centre de Paris. Arrivés sur place en pleine canicule, 38°, nous avons particulièrement apprécié entrer dans un logement frais (grâce à la climatisation activée), très bien équipé, et très propre. Notre hôte Alex est véritablement soucieux du bien être de ses locataires! Le descriptif et les photos correspondent totalement à ce que nous retrouvons sur place. Nous avons passé 3 nuits au calme, sans être dérangés par une nuisance sonore quelconque. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

The room is a reasonable size for a family with one or two small children. The location is not bad, it is 700 meters from the metro station and 1700 meters from the Louvre.

The bathroom is awful and tiny. The toilet lid was loose (I even tried to fix it, but I couldn't!!). The shower door was loose and nearly fell off (it was glass!). The towels in the apartment had hair (.....). One night I tried to turn on the air conditioning, but it didn't work (I can't tell if it was just the batteries in the remote or the unit). In the kitchen there was a broken Nespresso coffee machine. I have not rented again. I was also disappointed that unlike other apartments, there is no possibility of cancellation if you need to change your travel plans.
