We booked this beach house at the last minute for a family vacation. Chris was very responsive and flexible with the booking. Location was great and the house was stock with all the things needed.

The house was great, fully stocked with everything you could need in a kitchen. Having the bikes, wagon, towels & beach supplies definitely a bonus. Chris the owner was a pleasure & very accessible. The “Quiet” section is a thing we were 6 adults over 40 I might add and could not play music at night without a neighbor calling the cops- Only down fall. Everything else was great highly recommend to a quiet family.

Great location - steps from the beach and 5 minutes bike ride / 20 minutes walk to grocery shop and Ocean Beach with its restaurants.
Chris is a great host - responsive and accommodating. We were grateful that he allowed us to stay past his standard check out time to make it easier for us to get on the afternoon ferry.
