Downtown Penthouse-Style Apartment
Appartamento deluxe con due camere da letto con bagno privato, più un mezzo bagno supplementare. Lusso assoluto Grande cucina completamente attrezzata, zona pranzo, zona soggiorno, patio ombreggiato coperto con vista su splendidi giardini tropicali e una splendida vista sull'oceano. Privato e sicuro. Letti king size in entrambe le camere, ma una camera può essere cambiata in due letti singoli se lo si desidera. Vicino alla spiaggia (quattro isolati) e al lungomare, molti ristoranti e negozi. Non c'è bisogno di noleggiare un'auto, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi. C'è una piscina riscaldata sul tetto e molti posti a sedere comodi con una magnifica vista panoramica sull'oceano e sulla baia.

Always a great time. Rickey and his family are the best. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the sunsets and fireworks every night upstairs on the patio. Close to everything you need for your holiday.Definitely a great place to stay in PV.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the end of the Malecón, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront, restaurants, and shops while still feeling peaceful and relaxed.The host lives on site and was fantastic: always available to answer questions and quick to resolve anything that came up. It made the stay feel effortless.The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you need to cook, unwind, or simply enjoy the space. The lounging area is incredible, with lovely views that we never got tired of.The dipping pool was one of our favorite features. It was perfect for cooling off after a long day and even became our go‑to spot for whale watching. We almost saw them nearly every day either from the pool or the lounging area!The neighborhood felt very safe, and overall the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Five stars and we would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment I contacted Rick through our final day in PV, Rick and Laura were the perfect hosts and their home is immaculate! I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying here! Watching sunsets or rainstorms from the pool or observation level were a highlight, but only slightly beat out the living quarters. High end touches abound. Spacious bedrooms. A terrific, open concept kitchen/living room. An elevator to whisk you between levels if you’re feeling lazy or enjoyed one too many margaritas while watching the sunsets. Thank you, Rick!

Enjoyed 10 fabulous days. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect views, great top floor lounging area for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. We definitely enjoyed the pool at some point every day. Thanks for a great time!
