What an incredible place to stay/visit. Amazing views, close to area beaches, restaurants, truly an experience never to be forgotten. Highly recommend if your looking to escape from reality.

Our vacation was the last week of October and it was perfect! The condo is clean, decorated nicely, recently updated and the host responded very quickly to our questions. I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing time by the ocean!

My wife and I wanted to take one more beach trip in early September to officially close out summer. We found this absolute gem, and when I say ocean front, it doesn’t get anymore oceanfront. Easy to locate, clean and charming. We were more than happy and will absolutely be back next year. Thankful for good property manager/owner too.

We had never been to Kure Beach before, we had the best time. There was so much to see, we are going to have to come back to see more!
The views absolutely wonderful! As for the food, Shrimp and grits was the favorite .
I would highly recommend The Heart of the Sea!

Our stay was excellent, despite tropical storm Ophelia. The owner checked on us to make sure we arrived safely, kept us updated when we lost power for a bit, and even extended our stay to compensate for the temporary loss of use we experienced. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I enjoy our stay at the Heart. The ocean view was amazing. This is the closest you can stay to the ocean without being in the water. The place was very inviting and and had water views from standing in the kitchen to standing in the living room with surrounded views of the ocean. Very relaxing stay. Can't wait to come again.

This little condo is the closest you can come to being on the beach without touching the sand!! The view is amazing and the surroundings are lovely. I can’t recommend this place more!

We only had a few days stay but it was the best setup. The location was amazing and I’m in love with the back deck! My kids really enjoyed the house as well, it had everything we needed and everything we didn’t know we needed.

We LOVE IT THERE!!!! We feel totally at home and the privacy on the balcony is great! The house is ALWAYS clean and inviting, love the decor., and it’s a BONUS that the beach is clean and not crowded . This is definitely my top 10 favorite place!

Great place, super cozy. Incredibly convenient parking. RIGHT on the water—high tide is at the front door. Beautiful spot right near the aquarium. Steve was great with communication. Bunk beds were great for 9 & 8 year olds.

We absolutely loved this place!! It was the perfect surprise stay for my hubby’s birthday and we plan to be back with our kids. You couldn’t ask for better views! We even decided to order in and eat on the porch because no restaurant could beat that view! And the condo is charmingly decorated. Thanks again for allowing us into your beautiful home!

Our second stay at the Heart within a year. Nice upgrades on the flooring, paint and deck chairs plus a second porch swing chair.
It's a great base for attractions and activities in the area and as ocean front as one can get.

This property has the best view of the beach! I could sit on the balcony for hours. The beach is about 5 steps from your door and you are minutes from shops and restaurants. The property owners are easy to reach and super helpful! We will definitely be back!

We’ve been visiting Carolina Beach and Kure Beach for over ten years, and when selecting a VRBO spot, ocean front is a top priority. It simply DOES NOT get more ocean front than this condo! We had an incredible stay and will 100% be coming back to this lovely condo from now on. The patio swing chairs were definitely a highlight, as well as the perfect sunrise if you’re up early enough. See you next year!

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy our anniversary together. Our hosts Rita and Steve were very prompt and provided us everything we needed for a wonderful weekend! The views here are fantastic and is great area to enjoy the beach and all the other fun activities in and around Kure Beach. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!

This property has the best views! We were in town for a wedding and got to see at least 6 other condos along Kure Beach that friends had rented. This condo has the best view!!
Easy instructions, well stocked, great communication! We spent most of our time out exploring (you can walk the beach for miles!) or sitting in the hammocks watching the waves come in. This truly is a gem!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The location was perfect - both the room, which couldn’t have been more conveniently located to the beach access, and the building itself, which is right by the park and therefore very private. The ocean sounds at night helped our baby sleep the best she ever has! The only negative was the noise associated with the construction going on in the condo directly above, but that’s no fault of the owners and surely only temporary. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

We really enjoyed our time at this property on Kure beach. It is quite literally right on the ocean, and we enjoyed watching the birds and children enjoying the sand. Lots of shells! As well a porpoise swam by a few times! The condo is a good size, has a nice balcony and is well equipped. The first floor location makes privacy a bit of a challenge, but didn't take away from our experience. The owner is very communicative and we felt welcome!

We had an amazing weekend stay. The condo is right on the beach - the water comes right up to the deck. It was beautiful! The owners were very responsive to any questions, and sent links prior to our arrival for things to do in the area. I highly recommend this condo for a quiet, relaxing vacation. It’s only a couple miles from restaurants, shops, and groceries, but very quiet because it’s the last residential unit on the beach, so hardly any traffic. Our favorite part of the condo was the deck with the hammock chairs. Loved it!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean, very nice and couldn’t be any closer to the beach. The owner was very informative and communication was quick and easy. Definitely recommend for a nice beach getaway.

We loved staying at the Heart!! I loved being so close to the ocean. The deck with the hammocks was the perfect place to sit and read. The owners were great to deal with. Hurricane Ian came through the day before our arrival and caused some water damage. The owners had it fixed and just like new when we got there. I will be staying here again.

We came here for our honeymoon over the weekend and the whole time we felt like we were on a ship! The ocean was practically right underneath us! Global warming and erosion is causing this but we hope the Heart stays around for many more years to come. We were happy to discover a fan in the bedroom closet which made us sleep extra well since we both love white noise and use one at home when we sleep. Everything was perfect except for the shower head in the bathroom. The water coming out and the pressure is almost non existent so I’d take a look at it and see if that can be replaced but overall this was magical and relaxing. Thank you so much Rita and Steve. We’ll be back for sure!
