the location is amazing and the service was brilliant by the owners

it may need security flyscreens so we can leave the door open instead of having the aircon on all night

great stay , great location . loved it so much that we booked again for this year Dec but unfortunately the owner only a couple of days ago pulled the accommodation say he couldn’t accomodate us well that’s what booking.com costumer service said not to sure why but a little disappointed after organising it so early with the available dates available then just not . very confused .

The air conditioning didnt work & they were no security doors or windows for fresh air in the house. The locks on the doors wouldnt work properly. For the price very very average plce to stay. Wasnt greeted by anyone key was just left in the door.

A beautiful property in a great location

The property was spotlessly clean but smelled of cigarettes.

It’s proximity to the beach, modern, quality furnishings and fixtures including excellent king beds, an undercover patio with table and bench seats, gardens, illuminated timber walkway.

could not access wifi damp smell, no fan in bathroom, strong cleaning smell on arrival organised early check in but cleaner still finishing up when we arrived at 30 mins after expected checkin time no written info about checking out or local recommendations 3 sheets of paper towel left, no foil/cling wrap batteries for AC failing. intrusive mynah birds hanging around and entered residence at one point. also saw a rat in the garden. understand this is hard for host to control but still unpleasant. parking v limited during busy weekend periods construction across the road limits the view at the moment as others have mentioned, not private from main house.

The location was fabulous and easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Nicely decorated. Good communication with owner. Loved the auto blinds. Very quaint and sad that they will replace with a big development.

We travelled with another couple and not easy with 1 bathroom- not their fault my research wasn't good enough. The 2nd bedroom was exposed so no privacy. No exhaust in bathroom. No normal tea.

Access was easy and the place was very neat and tidy. The beds were comfy. Location was great right opposite North gong beach and diggies. There is a large public carpark right next door for easy and free parking. The host was very pleasant and responded quickly to enquiries before and after the stay.

Unfortunately the bathroom has insufficient ventilation so the place smelt very musty on arrival. Luckily the place has bifold doors so it could be ventilated easily. For the price paid, I wouldn't have expected this issue.

Beds super comfy. Shower great with great pressure. Location was awesome for morning walks and right next to a fabulous cafe for breakfast

Some milk in the fridge would have been great to have an early coffee. Also there was no iron that I could find. Also air con in the bedroom would be better as it was quite stuffy.
