Spacious Holiday Home for Spring or Summer Sun
Casa Don Levi, una nuovissima casa moderna situata ai piedi del Volcan Villarica. Appartato e privato con vista panoramica, tra cui quella del vulcano. Questa nuova casa offre tutti i comfort di cui avrete bisogno, oltre a una vasca idromassaggio all'aperto e un'area barbecue coperta. Situato vicino alla strada principale 'camino al vulcano', con facile accesso a Ski Pucón durante l'inverno ea pochi minuti dal Lago Villarica durante l'estate.
Il lago Villarrica, noto anche come Mallalafquén [1] (il suo nome preispanico in Mapudungun), si trova a circa 700 chilometri a sud di Santiago, nel distretto dei laghi del Cile, nella zona sud-orientale della provincia di Cautín. Sulla sua sponda orientale si trova la città di Pucón, una grande attrazione turistica e una rinomata stazione sciistica, e sulla costa occidentale si trova la città di Villarrica.
Gli sport acquatici come la vela, il kayak, la pesca sportiva e lo sci nautico sono molto popolari in estate a causa delle acque calde del lago (le temperature di superficie variano dai 19 ai 22 ° C). In inverno, la temperatura media dell'acqua è di circa 10 ° C.
Il vulcano Villarrica, uno dei dieci più attivi al mondo, è situato a sud del lago. Nelle vicinanze ci sono due parchi nazionali del Cile: l'Huerquehue e il Villarrica. Quest'ultimo è famoso per le sue sorgenti calde naturali.

Secluded home with all modern conveniences. It was both clean and orderly. The communications with the home owner and the local property caretakers was fantastic! The hot tub was a real treat, and having the caretaker fire up the wood burner and prepare the tub was no small task, well worth the added expense.The road to the house was easy, and Marianne was there to greet us and show us around when we arrived. We highly recommend this place for a more upscale stay and experience!

This is a beautiful home about 15 minutes from Pucon, a fun vibrant lakefront community. We loved the quiet and peacefulness of the area. The owner is wonderful to communicate with and his house managers made us a lovely bbq dinner the first night and brought us flowers. They were so sweet. Don’t miss a chance to see the waterfalls a short drive away. We will miss the resident dogs and moonlit nights against the backdrop of an active volcano. Thank you Don Levi for sharing your home with our family.

If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Pucon yet still be close to it, then this is the place for you. Located just off of Camino Volcan, it's close to the ski hill as well as volcano. Within a few minutes you can reach the town site. The house is very spacious and modern with awesome amenities. Lots of room to relax in and out. The outdoor BBQ area was almost complete (weather delayed) and there's a wood fired hot tub, that looks great. We were there during a very rainy week, so we chose to use the indoor wood fireplace that is awesome for heat as well as ambience. The beds and linens are great and comfortable. The bathrooms are top notch. The kitchen is very spacious with great appliances. There was no coffee maker, nor toaster which one of our guests would have liked to have, but I'm sure this will be rectified. We used the oven to toast our bread. ..
The property manager was easy to communicate with through What's app and was very cordial and helpful with anything we needed or inquired about. There is great internet coverage here by the way
I would recommend this residence - a great spot surrounded by lush greenery and I'm sure a great starry sky, when it's clear.
