The staff
I asked for someone to change the sheet and clean the room after i stayed for 3 nights but they said they don't have someone to clean the room so I had to do it by myself 😕

The hotel was clean and neat. The staff members were always nice and helpful. They can lend you an iron if needed, and provided a new hairdryer because the one in the room was not working.
The front desk is not 24hrs. We had no problem but saw other guest trying for so long to reach the staff on the phone at night. There are signs that remind guests that each one is responsible for not losing one's keys or so, but accidents happen.
The hotel is in a small town outside Amsterdam. Almost nothing to do close to the hotel, that includes restaurants or ordering food.

Staff at check-in was super nice! A big plus.
There was a big sign on the air conditioning that said ‘OUT OF ORDER’. Had obviously been there for a very long time… It was about 40 degrees Celsius in the room. Unbearable.
The mattress was super soft and probably extremely old. Also totally unbearable.

"Posizione ottima esattamente a metà strada tra il centro di Amsterdam e Haarlem. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Presenza di tv e frigo in camera."
