Pandream Hotel Apartments

The property is lovely, situated in a good location and on site parking is great!

The breakfast was quite unappealing but an easy option if necessary.

Large room, clean and tidy . Some of the furniture in good condition. In room air condition maybe old but working very good working condition. Pool area , clean, organize , kids pool available. Free use of towels. Value for money. Breakfast was decent.

Some of room furniture look old , needs maintenance or replacement. Gym area needs big improvement. There are some weight machines , a bicycle , no any treadmill . The place feels a little bit abandoned.

We had a great time at the hotel - the room was spacious, excellent location - close to the beautiful Pachyammos beach with water sports. Supermarkets, restaurants and souvenir shops nearby, convenient public transportation. The staff was accessible and courteous. They allowed us to stay after check-out - to use the pool and all the hotel facilities, which was very helpful as our flight was at night.

There wasn’t much I liked. The room was a decent size, and a bathrobe and slippers were provided. Although you weren’t allowed to go down to the pool wearing the bathrobe. The rubbish was cleared away and the room tidied every day. There was an option to have towels changed. They did their best to fulfil my request for a quiet room.

There were far more things I didn’t like. The staff were inflexible and unfriendly. The kitchen was rather poorly equipped. There was just one large saucepan; no teacups, no washing-up liquid and no sponge. The fridge was so loud that it kept me awake. The bed was soft, the pillow hard. The toilet kept running. The TV worked on and off; apparently there was a connection fault, which is of little consolation to a paying guest. I don’t think the bathrobe had been changed, as I found two long black hairs in it when I put it on. The swimming pool is relatively small, which isn’t a problem, but use of it was restricted between 10 am and 6 pm. As my flight home was delayed, I asked if I could stay in the room until 1 am instead of 11 pm, even if I had to pay for it. This wasn’t possible, as they said the room had to be cleaned. I find it hard to imagine that a room couldn’t be cleaned between 1 am and 3 am, before check-in begins.
