Gute Lage in der Altstadt
Nicht im Hauptgebäude ( mit Rezeption etc ) untergebracht sondern in einer Dependance.
Restaurant wg Umbau nicht geöffnet.

Everything. Historical building renovated with a clean modern design. My room was incredible with the spa bathroom downstairs. I will be back.

we booked a Junior Suite - Photos on website looked great - but the room allocated to us was different - guess this happens when you dont book directly with the hotel but thru booking platform :-(
we visited the PURO BEACH Club in Palma but didnt really like it. To close to Airport ... Small pool and nobody took shower before using the pool - quite disgusting

The breakfast was good but not exceptional. It wasn’t always clear what was available.

Reception staff were friendly. Location was good.
Room was not great (225). Bathroom door doesn’t fully close, shower leaks all over bathroom floor, you can’t get to the mirror, breakfast was very limited, roof terrace didn’t seem properly maintained.

The employees are excellent, the breakfast is also very good. It has a roof where one can drink coffee and enjoy fresh air. It is situated in a historical district.
The problem was that this hotel is not Spa, Spa facilities are outside, very poor and for fare even for guests, so the filter "spa" should not be applied for this hotel. I got feeling that we overpaid for the hotel 2 times. Also the breakfasts starts too late so if you have an early flight you will not get what you paid for...

a perfect stay! my husband and I got married in Palma and we and out guests lived at Puro Hotel. We also had our wedding dinner at their restaurant Beatnik. they were super helpful and so kind to us during our whole stay. they upgraded our room and surprised us with cava to the room. everybody loved it! thank you so much for making our special weekend even better!

An incredible hotel in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. Staff was super friendly, professional and attentive and the room was superb with a very good price to performance ratio. Spa and Jacuzzi were included for free. I can only recommend this hotel, if you want to disconnect for a few days in Palma.

we loved the room and the location. The restaurant was also fantastic and the staff was wonderful. Special thanks to Adam and Sergie for making our stay so great! We will definitely be back!
