An exceptional stay! The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to introduce us to the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, and spots for fries and waffles. The hotel is right in the center, just a few minutes' walk from most attractions—we especially loved the boat ride, waffles, and fries.
The kitchenette was handy for preparing simple meals, and a wonderful surprise was the Saturday morning market right in front of the hotel, packed with fresh fruit, delicious food, and local treats. Highly recommended!
Nothing much, it would be nice to have the sofa bed made up so that it is ready for use.

This hotel was perfectly located to see Bruges. The room we had was spotlessly clean and had everything you need including coffee machine. The coffee pods weren't replenished daily but reception happily gave us more. Situated just across T'Zand so handy for the underground car park. Would highly recommend this hotel.
We thought breakfast was on the expensive side. We didn't have it because so many places in the square to get something.

The staff was very nice
Right across the street from a carnival. Extremely loud from outside. Rooms were sparse but efficient.
