Stayed at the Palafox St. loft again this past weekend. Excellent property - location is unbeatable and the furnishings are fabulous. There is an approximate 40ft balcony that puts you right in the action of all that is going on downtown. With private off-street parking, you never have to worry about where you are going to park!
I had a snafu on my arrival dates, and Deborah was able to work a miracle to accommodate us with the cleaning team. She is a top notch communicator and makes the VRBO experience easy.

I cannot speak highly enough about this rental. It is within walking distance of many of the best things Pensacola has to offer, including museums, shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. We came to catch up with friends and family, and this was the perfect place to do it. Even when little issues arose, the managers immediately responded and made us feel like special guests. And they do so even though Deborah was having some personal issues of her own to deal with. I doubt we will ever book a rental other than Deborah and Devan's in Pensacola again.

I rented this and the street-facing unit. I did not stay in this unit, the kids and their wives did but the couple of times I was in the space, it looked very nice and the kids had no complaints.

We wanted a central Pensacola location, able to walk around to downtown restaurants and shops, beds for 3 couples plus one, with parking for two cars. The location proved to be excellent for our needs. Nearby owner provided quick answers to any questions. Very relaxing place.

This was the most beautiful unit in a perfect location to enjoy all the fun in downtown Pensacola. It is within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and best of all private parking and gated entrance. The owner was fabulous and took very good care of us. Great trip and would definitely book again!

The main draw of this property is the location (walkable to everything but the beach) but on top of that, the host (Debbie) was really great with plenty of communication and was really helpful with our travel situation/needs.
As for the property- The pics don't convey how spacious it is. And it was so well maintained, I walked around in white-bottomed slippers that were STILL WHITE at the end of my stay! Also, there's plenty of mirrors, hooks on which to hang things, storage space, counter space, etc. The water pressure in the main bathroom was amazing and the bed in the main room was firm.
The kitchen had everything we needed to have "family dinner" but if you don't cook there's SO many options just steps away. We loved staying here and will definitely keep it on the list for a return trip.

Our stay was excellent! We loved our location and the unit itself. It was centrally located between the two places we visited. We would live there if we could! We took our grown children with us and we all enjoyed the night life Pensacola has to offer. We will definitly like to stay there again! Very safe area and all the neighbors were pleasant and polite to us.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in both apartments in this building. They are convenient to all of the Palafox/Seville areas. The apartments are nicely appointed and very comfortable. Management is so helpful and responsive! We will stay again!

Excellent location, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the beauty and festivities of downtown Pensacola! We rented the apartment across the hall as well for our out of town guest, super convenient! Deborah has done such a WONDERFUL JOB of preserving and sharing "old Pensacola," we will definitely be back! Highly recommend these properties!

This is a lovely place, the pictures do not convey the exquisiteness of this place. The proximity to the event venue was a tremendous bonus, as we were able to bring our elderly family members home, and then rejoin the fun.

We had the pleasure of celebrating our son’s NFO winging at NAS Pensacola at Deborah’s place. Quiet evenings of delicious home-made meals, fun stories of childhood memories, and contemplation of future endeavors were the perfect mix for how our family rolls! Deborah’s place was the perfect setting, warm, spacious, inviting and beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. We will visit again!

Amazing Downtown Apartment!
First of all, Deborah was amazing! Beyond amazing!! She was helpful before and during our stay! She even brought an ironing board over at last minute notice.
The apartment was incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a great location to many restaurants and little shops. No complaints at all! It was a great stay!

Great Downtown Location
We attended a winging ceremony and needed a “home away from home” for a few days. This fit the bill to a tee! The property owner, Deborah, made us feel like family! Great location in downtown Pensacola-easy drives to airport, beaches, bases, etc.! Highly recommend for anyone needing a high quality, wonderfully appointed place to stay in Pensacola!

We rented 3 of Deborah’s properties for a family wedding. Perfect choice! Loved being downtown. Great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The 3 rentals were a great gathering place for our family in between events. Very nicely furnished. Great bed linens.
