Hotel Gran Duca Di York

Great hotel with great amenities such as complimentary breakfast, snacks and beverages. Staff was polite and helpful. Easy to get to main sites like the duomo, last supper and restaurants. Beds were comfortable.

Needed a walk in shower instead of a high tub.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was very good. We were able to walk to the duomo, last supper and to restaurants. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful with directions, getting us a car to the airport, etc. Room was ready early which was appreciated so we could drop off luggage and go back out to sightsee. The hotel provided free breakfast which was delicious and had a great selection. We were pleasantly surprised by the free water, snacks in the lobby, free beverages in the room, and the free prosecco for happy hour. There were slippers and robes as well. Would stay here again if we return to Milan.

Wish the shower was bigger.

The location was great, the hotel is tucked away in a quiet street. Walkable location. The room was spacious, nice bathroom with robes. The mini-bar beverages were included which was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The hotel lobby had snacks and beverages for guests which was really nice to have on the way out to explore. There was also a hotel happy hour with a complimentary beverage. The hotel staff were really nice and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great.

The staff was absolutely fanastic. We had a couple of issues happen and they went the extra mile to help us. Rooms were lovely and clean . Square footage was a bit small. Great breakfast buffet!!!!
