Hotel Beverly Plaza

Our room was up graded for free. Floor 16 Breakfast room was at 16 floor as well. Now there. Special. I would like to praise Mrs Bella ( Arabella Ho ) for her extraordinary service. Very polite Lady. To every single customer and takes great care of guests as if they were her family. Even myself I live in Australia and my sister in Italy, both Romanian born truly we felt her kindness. Hope the management from Beverly Plaza Macau will reward Bella for her positive attitude. Bella touch all visitors. And we had the chance for another Macau break we are going to choose this hotel again.

Safety Box didn’t work properly. That was the only issue.

Great location, very nice and friendly staff. Nice breakfast, very clean rooms. Around hotel a lot of local restaurants and grocery shops

The location was good.

The beds were hard, people smoked in the hallways and rooms so they smelled like smoke, and those in charge of breakfast did not replace empty bins of food (or reluctantly did so).
