Convenient location, with a nice little patio on the front..
Several flights of stairs around the hotel and leading to your room.
Tiny Rooms .
They charge for every little thing.. Storing your luggage for a couple of hours 5 GBP.. check out at 1 PM = 30 GBP… etc..

Really friendly staff, we were affected by the air traffic control problems and after a long disastrous day it was nice to see a friendly face, lots of complimentary products in the room and loved the fact that you had proper milk in the fridge rather than plastic crap

The breakfast staff were very nice
Small rooms, very very small bathroom and shower, lots of steps throughout hotel to get to room, no one helped with bags
