The service is very poor. We had to call literally every time after our room serviced to ask for glasses that have not been replaced, vanity kit or shower cap that were not provided, coffee mugs or capsules ...etc. We called the managers three times, but it seems that nobody cares!

オペラ座でオペラ鑑賞をする予定でした。女子大学生の一人旅だったのでオペラ座周辺は少し治安が
悪いときいており、23時過ぎにオペラが終了して宿泊先に戻る道中が心配でしたが、こちらは
オペラ座に隣接しているのでとても便利で安心できました。
また、部屋の窓からオペラ座が見えましたし、内装もモダン可愛くて写真も映えました。
とても満足です。
ベランダに出られたら良かったです

Hotel espetacular, antigo mas extremamente bem mantido. A integração com o tradicional e requintado Café de Lá Paix e maravilhosa.
Funcionários atenciosos, Concierge que realmente atende muito bem.
Ficamos inicialmente numa suite espetacular no segundo andar mas tivemos que pedir para mudar pois o barulho até bem tarde da noite, arrastar de cadeiras e móveis, advindo dos diversos salões do centro de convenções era insuportável. Pela manhã o barulho continuava pois faziam a limpeza das salas. Fomos para o quarto andar numa suite Júnior, bonita, ampla, mas com um inconveniente, a patente ficava na pequeno hall de entrada do quarto, oposta mente ao banheiro, do outro lado. Tínhamos desta suite uma linda vista da Torre Eiffel!

酒店环境很好，地理位置很方便，就在歌剧院旁边，附近有公交车站直达机场的大巴。离老佛爷和巴黎春天走路5分钟距离。爱了爱了。酒店知道我们度蜜月，还给我们准备了蜜月礼物，非常贴心。前台工作人员服务也很好。

Had requested for an early check in as was in Paris for my bday but the property could not manage .

Everything- The staff were very friendly, attentive and informative. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. The lighting was great in the room. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant in the hotel definitely worth going to.
The location is very central and walking distance to most places.

Breakfast very bad, no various items on the breakfast. Really I have pictures for the room and bathroom you can’t believe it’s intercontinental!!!!!
