the price for the location

The location was amazing, 5 minute walk to viaduct, sky tower and commercial bay mall. I also felt like it was really great value for money considering the location.
Found the staff to be so lovely & welcoming and also held our bags at the end while we waited for a shuttle.
Loved the spa, pool & gym area we spent a decent amount of time in there.
Bed was very comfy.
The shower over bath was a bit uncomfortable as the shower curtain stuck to you it needed possibly some magnets at the bottom to hold it to the bath, my partner complained about this a lot he is a lot bigger than me and even I found it uncomfortable so if you are bigger it would be hard to shower in there, which is a shame because the shower pressure was so good as well.
It would have been nice to have an outdoor chair/furniture on balcony to sit out there.

I liked the staff member I dealt with on arrival was courteous exceptionally conscious and aware of my arrival at the time of arrival especially after traveling long distance what is needed is all necessary information relating to amenities and local availability conveniantly assisting making the check in a smoother process and the most important points of interest to cover all measures of purpose customized to the hotels attributes ...
The lack of sufficient milk and sugar to cater to us for our stay being that I will usually like a hot chocolate for night time and a coffee for the morning to get the day starred and there was a limited amount that did not make ends meet to serve the both of us and time being the essence without saying the point being is this is a stopping point of top quality service and we utilize this for comfort and the sake of privacy as we were not wanting to have to report to the reception to have that delivered or be annoying to have to ask for that...
