Copthorne Hotel and Resort Bay Of Islands

On arrival, we received efficient and friendly service. Without us even asking, the staff member kindly upgraded our room, which was a lovely surprise. As I had my two active mokopuna with me, she quickly arranged for another team member to assist with bringing in our luggage and thoughtfully provided each of them with a goodie bag. It was such a considerate gesture and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. Her attention to detail and customer care were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Ev charging station and breakfast buffet

Rusted electric kettle and no information on restaurants or Meals in the room . The pools are not maintained well , the spa pool has very rough surface not fit for children . The rocks need more signs to stop children climbing over as it’s hard to know the depth . The staff had very little knowledge about restaurants buffets and prices on the restaurants in the hotel.

Loved the spot and first time for Paihia

The view is amazing and facilities are good, nice pool and tennis courts.

Room itself is too dirty, carpet, curtains even the duvet covers has lots stains on it and bathroom has lots of insect
