Great location and very comfortable beds, the booking that we had includes free breakfast which was great it includes cooked food plus continental breakfast
On our second night we can hear the people from next room talking so loud

Location was great. Close to Octagon and restaurants etc
Older property. Lift was very old. Some aspects were a bit dated. Needs a bit of capital works to bring it up to today’s standards.

Location location location. Amazing bed. View.
Looks quite weathered. The noise of the city from the 5th floor was horrendous. Helicopters. Emergency services. Car burnouts. People yelling - and we had the windows closed. Also, the fact you had to pay for parking as a guest...stingy.
