Location & friendliness
No air conditioning No lift so had to carry large suitcases up 4 flights of stairs & no shower room to be able to freshen up on last day.

The pool area was the only thing we liked and the staff was very nice and friendly
Breakfast was disgusting, apartment was not nice and a lot of cockroaches, we could hear the people talk in the apartment next to us and we could not sleep, our apartment was above the garbage and it was very smelly sometimes, it was very noisy when they were removing the garbage at night and our baby woke up every single night

Great location.
Staff were very nice.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Had to be quiet at all times, not even music allowed.
Food was only ok.
If you’re looking for somewhere very relaxing with no disturbance this is a great place. Unfortunately myself and my other 7 friends (ages 19-22) weren’t aware of the silent rule and this wasn’t the atmosphere we wanted in a hotel.

Nice view from my room to the ocean, clean room, beach is near to the hotel.
The variety of the food was quite poor and boring, but taste was not bad.

Hotel was central Short walk to beach and shops A great area Hotel was fantastic very clean food was great we had breakfast every morning there it was good kids loved having pizza and burgers around the pool after their swim All staff were friendly happy nothing was a bother they were great
We went a family of ten Not one of us could think of anything you could improve on We all had a great time from the oldest to the youngest

when I booked i booked under my name when getting there I signed in with a friend who was staying in my studio with me we were charged an extra 90 euros for nine days i did not think that was fair

Location is fabulous - close to beaches, shops, bars & restaurant’s. Immaculately clean and very helpful staff.

First time staying at Andorra, stayed in a superior room, the room was very spacious, & room very clean, plenty of sunbeds, pool.areas were clean.

Location and cleanliness of hotel
The variety at breakfast wasn't great. No omelette or pancake available and muesli only available on 2 days out of our 7 day stay. I'm not into fried food or pastries so i was left with yoghurt and fruit

Location great. Stayed in this hotel before. Good ratio of staff and facilities to guest's. Facilities and pool well maintained and reception available when needed and helpful. Good gym in the Zentral Center and mini market by the hotel.
Apartment very dated and dark. Bathroom was modern. Balcony faced onto a walk way, noisy and limited ability to enjoy the balcony. Not made clear on the site. Waiting time for pool bar service

there was a very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. The room service was very good too.
The quality of breakfast could be a bit improved. But there was a good choice of food for adult and kids
