Excellent location, elegant and comfortable rooms, and outstanding service. The rooms were always very clean and beautifully maintained. Special thanks to Nesrine, Safwan and Ric for their kindness, professionalism and warm hospitality. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team and the gentleman who assisted us with our luggage. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
Nothing in particular. We had a very pleasant stay.

stylish hotel, good location and friendly staff.
Spending around 300 euros per night, one should expect at least clean beds and sheets. For anyone with allergies or asthma, this may not be an ideal place. Additionally, the rooms are very noisy; you can hear the elevator and conversations in the hallway. Overall, the pillows and sheets were smelly and dirty, which is unacceptable given the price. Thank you.
