It's a up market hotel with a budget friendly price tag for Dubai standards. Polite and friendly staff. Nice pool on the rooftop. Lobby and room is very elegant and matches the photos. Breakfast is amazing with plenty to choose from. The Location is in the Indian district of Dubai so plenty of delicious restaurants and great prices to eat out at. Safe and family friendly. I would stay here again 100%.
My only issue was that you could hear the nightclub from our room (room 153). So some rooms on the first floor you may hear the nightclub music. Therefore if you're a light sleeper you may want to request for a room on a higher floor. But it didn't bother me a great deal.

El personal muy amable y atento. La habitación muy espaciosa y con detalles como botellas de agua, café e infusiones.
Desde la habitación se oía mucho ruido, de motores principalmente (equipos de ventilación, etc.) Y también de música. El hotel está muy anticuado, mobiliario muy viejo. Es un hotel frecuentado prácticamente por personas de la India, que en general han destacado por su falta de educación. No respetaban turnos de uso del ascensor, a pesar de estar antes esperando, llegaban y se metían sin pedir permiso dejándote sin sitio. Dejaban los platos sucios con restos de comida en el pasillo del hotel. Qué decir del desayuno: muy poca variedad y un restaurante sobresaturado de gente (hasta comiendo de pie) de nuevo sin ningún tipo de educación (esto ya no es culpa del hotel): casi apresurándose por ser el primero en llenar el plato, bajando a desayunar en pijama y sin asear, algunos en pijama y descalzos, tirándose eruptos sin vergüenza alguna.... en fin, no nos ha gustado nada la experiencia.

Everything was fine, hotel staff were very kind and professional, especial thanks to Mr Sahil at the front desk. The rooms were so clean and quiet

Great breakfast hours and options. Great location, walking distance to museums/ heritage sites/ Grand souk and more. Hotel shares rooftop with a club so from the 7th floor we heard the music and felt vibrations but was managable. Pool and rooftop of hotel part is only open 9am to 6pm and closes for an hour around lunch each day. Extra cost for ice.

It was an excellent stay. You have very nice front end desk executives especially Sahil. He is very nice and very soft spoken and always helps for anything required.
Everything was nice but this time the rates were very high. I always stay in your hotel every time i visit dubai since last 6 to 7 years or more. For regular customers like us there should be some special prices.

rooms were spacious and clean, even though the hotel is a bit old fashioned looking. i liked that the room had a small kitchen area more like an apartment with a full size fridge.
gym was dirty. i don’t think many people use it. machines and equipment was not too bad but the floor and yoga mats were not clean.

spacious rooms, ok value for the price
Regardless what floor you stay, be prepared for sleepless nights as you’ll hear the music and feel the vibrations from the in-house night clubs in your bed.
The breakfast is mainly focused around an Indian community, which seems to be the vast majority of guests in the house. The breakfast room is small and loud, floors dirty with food drops - and the biggest downer, there are no high chairs for babies.
Pool area was also closed.

Excellent Hotel. We stayed two nights in the first day of January the busiest time of the year. However, everything was in order. The staff were very helpful. Location is also good as well. 5 minutes' walk to Sharif DG station and there are so many restaurants mostly serving good quality delicious cuisine with acceptable price.
If you stay in this hotel, find Mohamad Aref there. He is a positive man, and he will do whatever he can do.
We didn't find any sandals in the bathroom, and we had to ask for it. The pool was under mountainous, and it was not mentioned at booking time.

Location is good.. close to Sharaf DG metro station and Meena Bazar. Rooms are clean and neat.
Overall was bit disappointed, first they gave me very small room not what was mentioned in the room details then they gave us bigger room after fighting with them. Shower was not working and we had to call and ask for towels everyday. As part of room cleaning they were not washing coffee cups.
And most irritating part is we could hear music from near by restro bar till late night.
It is definitely overpriced for the kind of service they provide.

I asked for a taxi to head ro the airport. The hotel concierge made us wais more than 45 minutes only to find that concierge's "friend" was taxi driver and they were charging me way more. I requested for a normal taxi but was coerced into taking their taxi. I ended up missing my flight due to this delay. I will never stay at this hotel again and will inform my friends, family and colleagues of the same. Terrible service, will not recommend.

The support staff was fantastic as usual. And Mr. Sahil always ensures that the guest is treated to complete satisfaction.

Though strange in their way but the staff were very helpful and somehow provided the support I needed.
I cannot and have no right to criticise the location. It is just that I have been to top level accommodations in past years.
