Location, location, location ..... prenota ora per un lungo weekend di settembre con folle più piccole e acque più calde. Fabulous Seafood festival è il 21 settembre !!! Prenotazioni accettate anche per l'estate 2020 ..... scegli questa proprietà e alloggerai in una casa immacolata, completamente aggiornata, a un piano, a meno di 300 piedi dalla spiaggia! La casa più vicina alla spiaggia che ha una piscina privata interrata! La tua famiglia godrà della proprietà pulita e spaziosa recentemente rinnovata, doccia esterna chiusa con spogliatoio, area picnic / patio finitrice nuova, grill a gas, parcheggio fuori strada per 2 auto, piscina recintata e cortile recintato, grande sala grande, 3 camere da letto , elettrodomestici inox, banconi in granito, lavatrice / asciugatrice, a / c, ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. Grande casa per le vacanze in famiglia! Per favore, non fumare, niente animali. Questa fantastica posizione ti consente di guardare i fuochi d'artificio dalla veranda! Concerti gratuiti e spettacoli per bambini ogni settimana in spiaggia, nonché film per famiglie e molte altre attività. Cammina per passeggiate e divertimenti sul lungomare. Molti ristoranti, gelateria, pizzeria e negozio di ciambelle anche a pochi passi! Non dovrai mai spostare la tua auto! 3 badge da spiaggia inclusi con il noleggio. We absolutely adored the home. The pool was amazing and well Kept so close to the beach and other locations very relaxing. The owners were so courteous and checked in if we had any questions or needed anything and most of all I have a special needs adult son who absolutely loved it And in his words, definitely a two thumbs up and we’re coming back mom so we look forward to be a returning tenant every year for a long time. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

My family and I had a great experience staying here. The house is in a perfect location, just across the street from the beach. When we weren’t at the beach, we were lounging in the most perfect pool. Our host, Steve, checks the pools PH level and cleans it at least once a week. I noticed that the water was at a perfect level, not burning mine or my grandsons eyes.
The residence is equipped with a fully enclosed outdoor shower, a cozy backyard with a barbecue grill. When we needed to have the tank of the grill replaced, Steve was just a call away, and was at the place in minutes replacing the tank.
The house is very clean, and my family (including my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and grandson) were all very comfortable in our bedrooms.
The hosts Steve and Theresa are very hospitable and gracious, providing us with three beach passes for our stay.
We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Point Pleasant Beach.

We had a lovely time! Very convenient location. Our teenagers could go off on their own to the boardwalk. And we enjoyed walking to the restaurants. Beach is across the street and the pool was a fun alternative! We would definitely consider coming back.
