The location of the hotel is in proximity to restaurants, museums and most tourist locations. About 30 minutes ride to Disneyland and close to the Metro station. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Dolly was excellent and we were pleased with her professionalism.

On the very day of our checkout, the hotel was locked down for contact tracing. This situation was extremely frustrating since we missed our flight and had to get new tickets after the lockdown. We also had to continue paying for the hotel bills even though we were on our way to checkout when we realized that the entrance of the hotel was barricaded.Generally, we enjoyed our stay at the property but for the unexpected lockdown.

It is conveniently located near subway and many eateries and shopping. Staff are very helpful and attentive.

Breakfast was limited choice. No buffet. Maybe due to COVID.

Convenient short walk to the Metro, and good restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Comfortable room and excellent service in the front desk.

Average/mediocre breakfast. Quality of food can improve, cold waffles, weak milk and 'black' tea.
