Very neat to everything in Prague. Staff were very helpful indeed. Just out of the main square which was nice

Very welcoming reception, the glass of Prosecco was a lovely touch.
Room was very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge that actually got cold.
Weird as it sounds we really liked the music playing in the bathroom!
Excellent location, away from the main centre but easily accessible in 10 minutes via Metro Line A. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.
I would strongly recommend this hotel for a stay in Prague only small negative was the fact they didn’t have the staff to open the bar - which looked so inviting.

Stunning building and rooms, great location.
Never been to a 5 stars hotel before, liked the warm welcome every time we entered the building.
We enjoyed our stay here.
The breakfast had many options but everything tasted a bit basic / bland.
The staff, although everyone was nice, did not speak the level of English you would expect at a 5 stars hotel.

The location, free water in the hotel room daily helps but still the negatives out weigh the positives at this location.
We were placed by the elevator and the elevator has a really loud dinging noise everytime it reaches the floor and woke us up several times during the night like an alarm. Also the wellness area appeared to be free by description it cost 50€ an hour. We were super disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub openly after a long day of walking. Also the shower takes about 5 minutes of running time to get warm (no joke) we timed it.
