We reserved the rooms with Lake View and we were not disappointed at all as the view from our windows was spectacular. Rooms were well equipped though the wash basin was a bit small. Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of food and view of the lake.
The breakfast would be better if freshly brewed coffee was added more than just the filtered coffee as status quo. The location is a bit off from the downtown but this shouldn't be a problem if you have a car.

El hotel en general está bien pero la relación calidad-precio (en época alta) es lo que no está bien, no es un hotel de 5 estrellas ni por las instalaciones ni por el servicio. Me gustó el chico que nos recibió en el front desk al hacer check in fue muy amable. La alberca está bien también.
No me gustó la vista al jardín, no vale la pena hospedarte aquí si no pagas los cuartos que ven el lago. No me gustó que cobraran en el desayuno (que viene incluido) dos huevos fritos en 8 usd y mucho menos que me persiguieran con la cuenta a la mitad del desayuno…. No me gustó que el cuarto tiene detalles de mantenimiento de hotel barato sobre todo en el baño. No me gustó que no tienes conector en tu buró para cargar el celular.
Para mi vale la pena quedarte en otro lugar de precio mejor en donde recibirás más o menos lo mismo a cambio y una mejor relación calidad-precio.

Que personas se pasearan frente a ventanas de habitaciones.
Nuestras habitaciones estaban en mismo piso que jardines y piscina. Poco privado.

Do not stay here, if you are a foreign tourist as the hotel rips you off, if you utilize a foreign credit card. They do an illegal transaction multiplying by a fictitious rate (MEP rate). They are supposed to benefit foreign customers that use their international credit cards, but instead they keep this benefit for themselves which results in the customer paying about 75-80 percent more for their stay.

Great location, friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was very good.
Gravel parking lot is the only thing but that was not much of an issue.

Great lake view from room. Not too far from downtown. Facilitated the access to the downtown with hotel shuttle bus. Exceptionally clean. Attentive staffs.

the hotel is beautiful and rooms are equipped and spacious the staff at the reception are very nice and very helpful (they speak English)
the vegan options are poor
the jacuzzi is not hot
it is far from the center- there is a shuttle every hour between 15- 22 but still it's limiting
