El desayuno y las cenas temáticas muy ricas. Personal muy agradable, especial mención a Roberto. La piscina genial.
Es imposible dormir en la cama supletoria, se clavan los muelles. Menos mal que uno de los chicos nos encontró otro colchón xq nos hubiera amargado la estancia.
2 dias a la semana no hacen la habitación, ni si quiera las camas, no nos había pasado nunca en un hotel.
El horario de la cena termina demasiado temprano, es hasta las 21:00.

Comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a weeks stay. every member if staff we met was friendly and helpful. The site is attractive and well maintained, lovely swimming pools, pool bar and mini golf. Perfect base for our holiday, with easy parking on-site
I didn't enjoy the Oriental buffet at all, it was a shame we chose this as our only evening meal at the resort as the other evenings looked great!

Sehr schöne, weitläufige Anlage mit 2-3 Etagen. Das Appartment war recht groß und von der Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine kleine Terrasse zum draußensitzen. Essen im Restaurant war auch gut, man hat immer was leckeres gefunden am Buffet oder den Kochstationen. Sehr lecker war die Pizza und auch die Nudeln am italienischen Abend. Auch das Barbecue war sehr gut. Leider war nur ein Pool beheizt. Der Kinderplanschpool (30cm tief) war ein Highlight für unsere Tochter. Parkplatz (hoteleigen) war auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist in Fußreichweite zur "Innenstadt", sprich das Touristenzentrum. Zu den Stränden und der Promenade sind wir lieber mit dem Auto gefahren, da mit Kleinkind zu weit. Alles in allem aber ein schöner Urlaub.
Nur meckern auf hohem Niveau: Man musste morgens für die Pancakes anstehen und warten, obwohl sie längst fertig da lagen. Aber man konnte sie nicht selbst nehmen, da die Warmhalteplatte von der Theke aus nicht erreichbar war (und das Personal meist an der Eierstation im Stress war und nicht bedienen konnte). Vielleicht findet sich hier eine pragmatische Lösung.

Good location, very functional, spacious apartment for self catering, pleasant pool areas and a great mini golf. Excellent value for money
Not luxurious. Reception area sparse, although apartments are large, the furniture and kitchen area, look a bit dated.

Very clean property. Poolside food excellent. Great receptionist (Loreta).
No late checkout for those with evening flights. Out of room at 11am.

We had a young baby with us, so liked to sit at the baby pool, but always had to walk back to get a mattress. There are plenty of sunbeds around the big pool but people without kids still take up beds at kids pool.

My second stay here. I have tried many hotels in Corralejo over the years but this hotel is by far the best. Superb staff with great manners and always going the extra mile to ensure the clients are happy. I admire how hard they work it can't easy in that heat. I can't fault anything in this hotel, I travel from Ireland. They keep the swimming pools exceptionally clean, every morning the entire pool is cleaned out. Food in the restaurants is very nice. Well done to all management and staff in this hotel it should be a 5 star hotel!

Fantastic complex stunning views ,pools brilliant. Mini golf free as fun ,shop on site at very good prices .gym ,can't fault it at all .
It's at the top so there's a good walk down to music square and the harbour .might be difficult for folks with disability .

Overall organization and appearance of the hotel, cleanliness and staff friendliness.
One pool was supposed to be heated until the end of April, but that was not the case. Also, 15 min walk to town centre and beach.

We availed of the dinner buffet twice. It was delicious, loads of food options and excellent value for money
We didn’t dislike anything. If the hotel wanted to improve further we felt the addition of a netting system would be useful so we could leave door open in the evening but the fans worked very well anyway

Loved everything...the complex was lovely so well maintained... the apartment was very comfortable.. the food in the restaurant outstanding.. all the las marismas staff friendly and so accommodating..Thankyou

Clean, very attentive staff, heated pool, lovely plants around walkways. Travelled with baby and toddler. Lovely touches like wine to room on birthday and water on arrival.
Arrived after dark so it was very hard to find our apartment with luggage. Would have been helpful to be shown where luggage stands were and directed to apartment as hard to read map in dark.

second time here, staff are fabulous pools and gardens are clean tidy and spacious with enough sun beds for everyone, great little supermarket on site that doesn’t try to rip you off, fresh bread every morning. location for the town is brilliant and out of the way enough for a bit of peace and quiet. never eaten a meal here but the restaurant looked clean and busy and the smells from the kitchen were good, bars were reasonably priced especially the cocktails, we will be booking again for next year👍
the abandoned water park across the road is a bit of an eyesore but I except that’s not the hotels fault. I wouldn’t like to visit in the height of summer as none of the rooms have aircon, the ceiling fans were adequate for late March and 23-25deg heat but if much warmer thay wouldn’t be very effective

Thr territory is simply a real garden. Thousands different plants, gym with open space to exercise, there stire on site, very friendly ppl, it was nice, quite and green.
Few times the trash was not collected from the room.

courteous staff, decent size rooms, nice pool and gardens. good location.
it was quite a shady room, but looking around there seemed to be very few rooms that had good or all day sunshine due to the design of the building. in the heat of summer I expect having a shaded area would be a bonus. The pool area was sunny so if you are a sun worshiper the pool and it’s bar were excellent.

Everything! the apartments were lovely and a good size. Really enjoyed having breakfast on our balcony of a morning. The on-site facilities were also of a high standard, outdoor swimming pools, 18hole crazy golf, reasonable priced shop, pool bar, good squash and tennis court. About 20 minutes walk into the town or up to the volcanoes.

breakfast is amazing, plenty of choice and value for money. the rooms are dated but comfy. pool area clean(ish) and plenty of space for everyone. the outdoor areas are pretty with plenty of wildlife.
lunch was the same everyday and not value for money. dinner was hit and miss we had 4/7 nice meals. ask for a first floor room as ground floor rooms have little privacy and security is not as good. pool area needs washing down more frequently and the pool needs to be heated as it was freezing cold.
