Good location with lots of parking. Staff were kind and very helpful (Wanted to extend stay, but no rooms available, but did find one after we had already booked alternative accommodation.
Wonderful breakfast in the morning
I understand they are no longer going to accept pets (dogs) Real shame as we have been using this wonderful hotels for nearly 15 years/ Going to miss staying with you

Loved the design and interior. Beautiful. We got huge room. Food was great and breakfast was nice as well. Very comfortable. Very friendly staff.

We had a pleasant stay.
The room is nice, clean, quiet, and well equipped.
The location is good. Tasty food at breakfast.
We have expected a swimming pool because the added "SPA" in the property name.

Nice furniture
Broken air conditioning unit, room was very hot, warmer than outside. Broken door in the bathroom which was difficult to open and damaged toilet flush. Definitely doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel and certainly the worse one that I've been to in Poland. There are much better hotels at a cheaper price closer to Warsaw with Spa access (sauna, steam room) included in the price. This hotel charged extra for it.
