Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice rooms.
Lovely pool. Friendly staff.
Buffet restaurant was very good.
Water machines were not ideal. Would have preferred bottled water in room.
Music played around pool was constantly elevator music.. that should be changed.
No to access to beach although

Great facilities, lots of choice in the excellent buffet
Evening entertainment very good and the staff were very efficient and friendly
The area around the hotel is horrendous with a virtual shanty town on two sides of the hotel which meant walking outside the hotel grounds was not an option
7 / 10Buono·set 2026
The hotel is beautiful inside and out.
The list of what’s not included in the all inclusive package is endless. There were times I stood in line for 20mins for a drink which was not poured in front of me but behind a closed door. Which leaves a done as to what was I drinking.
6 / 10Nella media·apr 2026
The room, the pool area, the gym
The buffet and restaurant menus had many incorrect or incomplete allergen markings (my wife is gluten intolerant), and the staff generally were not so good at identifying if something had gluten.

"La struttura molto bella pulita, si potrebbe ristrutturare le camere un po’ datate ma comunque accoglienti, i bagni da rifare. Bene come pulizia e staff"
