Staff were very nice and professional.
Beds not comfortable. Too much noise, the walls are too thin we can hear EVERYTHING. Room not so clean.

I booked another hotel at Booking, for that night, and cancelled the night at his hotel directly with the hotel, but was charged for the night I din't spend there.

staff was extremely kind, room was good and location perfect for the purpose of my stay in San Pedro.
other guests' politeness. a lot of noise at all times, especially at night. Not staff's mistake, of course, but maybe some more carpets in the corridor could muffle some of that noise. maybe some signs to remind rude people how to behave properly

It is just the best small hotel I experienced.
It is clean, well located, with great friendly staff, room has everything you expect - and everything works.
When I had to spend 3 extra nights, I did not look any further - fortunately another room was available.
For the price asked - I am happy to give 11 out of 10.
Highly recommended.
No negative comments at all. Have to note, I never had breakfast at the hotel always having it much later at some cafe.

- room quite small (fine for one person, will be right for two)
- lighting in room quite dull, difficult to get ready for an event with the dim lighting

A good central location. Very clean and excellent facilities. Very helpful staff. It was a bonus that we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel while we waited for our Villa to be ready.
