Triton Hotel Piraeus

Location was excellent for our purpose of catching a morning ferry from Piraeus. Close to restaurants and port.

No space for our 2 bags, carry-on size.

Professional, very nice and always helpful reception desk staff, great guys - thank you! :) Clean, everyday very good cleaning, nice cleaning ladies. A bathrobe, great for colder nights, slippers, good quality mini cosmetics, including toothbrush and toothpaste, completed as necessary. Good quality towels and linen, very comfortable bed and pillow. Blanket on request. Nice warm light. Good windows, not letting the noise inside. A neat small room at the 6th floor with a balcony with a Piraeus Market view. Freshly squized orange juice and good watermelon at breakfast. Great location, very close to the ferry, a 5-minute walk to the Piraeus metro station with a direct airport connection, a1-hour ride, though. Free parking spots in the street possible to find within a short walking distance. A nice local restaurant with great Greek food, live Greek music and great staff right next to the market, 50m away. A great place for a longer stay. Next time to Athens, I come back!

A hook in the bathroom and in the room would help, as no handy place to put away clothes, and maybe a bigger shelf or a small cabinet for cosmetics. Not a big deal, though. Early cleaning and other guests coming and leaving round the clock could be heard through the door or walls. A noisy club in the neighborhood, not a problem with the window shut, though, and making noise only 2 or 3 nights a week, until 1 a.m. All those acceptable compared to the positives ;)

There was a very noisy disco on the night we were staying near to the hotelbut this was sorted out promptly and efficiently by the staff member who immediately changed our room.
