Excellent location. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.
Would have preferred a buffet breakfast rather than queue at a counter to be given breakfast by a chef from a baine Marie.

We all loved everything.. but....
I'm having a rant in a light hearted with, I was the primary booking geast of a party of 5, the single person of the party received the biggest room with the biggest bed in the hotel.. me and my missus had the smallest room in the hotel. I don't need to get out of bed for a wee in the night. The toilet was that close.haha

The location was fantastic for being near to the shops/ centre, the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the young lady on reception when I arrived who checked me in. It was also really special that the staff acknowledged it was my birthday, and wrote a special birthday message as well as giving me a free drinks voucher. That was a lovely surprise.
The only thing that I was slightly disappointed with is that the bin wasn’t changed in the bathroom prior to my visit
