No kettle, tean coffee pouches as always available with treebo group.

Spacious room

No bath soap but sampoo available for body wash which need to waste 10 times water to wash the body Tiffin served very non hygienic way n very bad. I requested for water during breakfast but they were not served and not even care for the request. When I went to reception and asked them, no reply from them. No hot water kettle n tea/coffee pouches but treebo group always have them in the room.

Quite nice. Worth the tariff paid at a discount.

Nice location with all needs met closeby. Decent rooms and good bed.

The breakfast. Could have been better. They offered breakfast just so that they can claim they offer complimentary breakfast. Nothing of value.

Harassing staff and bad booking experience

The staff was horrible. They sent everything late and harassed us for an extra 2k for our booking. I suggest not to book this hotel. Worst experience I've had so far

Rooms and aminities near by, staff are very good public transport is easily available , room maintenance is very good

No Wi-Fi in the room , breakfast is not Upto the mark, extra money should be paid if you are coming before check in time .. I.e before 12:00 pm

Property is value for money minus the staff immaturity.

interior design and lighting

smoking is being carried out even though there were “no smoking” sign boards. The morning complimentary breakfast served is of very cheap quality. No other option other than Idli and Vada. Think they bought it from cheap source. Coffee/Tea is not included in the breakfast. We were charged 60 for 2 paper cups of coffee. staff are immature, they give staring looks like with hidden intentions and thoughts when we couple stayed.
