The accommodation is a large house with lovely secure large garden to front. Staff member in rear house on premises for assistance if required. Accessible by car or taxi. Too far to walk to Vic Falls. House modern newly renovated, TV and good WiFi. One room ensuite and bathroom for other two bedrooms. Large kitchen. Ideal for a group or family. Very good value.

There was no hot water for showers on the morning of departure. We were only there for one night. Shower in ensuite and bathroom no hot water. No one (6 pax) had a hot shower only cold water. All beds were firm and pillows were no very comfortable. Personally I would not have wanted to sleep on the mattress for a second night.

Host was very responsive. The house was very clean.

The pressure in the showers was very low, and took a very long time to heat up, wasting water. No plug in kitchen sink to wash up. The cold water tap in basin of en-suite bathroom not working.

The house was pleasant in a large garden. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful and attentive.

There was no electricity so the air con couldnt work, the lights etc were running off solar power, so that was fine. The heat however was unbearable. We had to rig the one supplied fan in the hallway and leave our doors open to try get a little air moving. Wall fans in each room would be beneficial and could run off the solar power. Im sure the place would be perfect once the air con was on. It was in a very noisy location. There was a wedding across the road, which stopped at 12am so that wasn't too bad and the staff did apologise to us. But also, there was loud music playing from the early hours in the neighbourhood behind us. It was difficult place to find. The taxi driver had no idea too, and we drove around the area multiple times trying to find it.

The hospitality was spot on
