The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were great. The breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious

It was very noisy late at night into the early hours. People running up and down the corridor kept us awake

There was a mistake with our booking. We had booked 2 twin rooms but instead got a family room with 2 double beds. For 4 adult females this was disappointing.

Convenient location close to the airport and good value for money. Nice, specious room and good WiFi. Stayed only one night, catching the plane the next morning, so have not used the facilities to full extent, but I can imagine that the restaurant on the premises is a big bonus.

Spacious room. Friendly staff. Nice bar and restaurant on site (delicious steak pie). Easy on site parking. Sauna was good temperature and the pool was also nice. The quality of spa facilities brings the UK national standard.

Lovely breakfasts and comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful in most respects.

There was no warning that they were expecting a lot of people on the weekend who had pre booked the restaurant and that spaces to eat were going to be limited. We tried to book but we were told that we could eat in our room. We had a small room and space for one to eat at the table so that was a non starter. Sadly it was a very stormy, wet night and all the Just Eat and Deliveroo were also booked until very late at night. We ended up getting extremely wet and walking to the Chinese restaurant around the corner.

Sauna & steam was very nice

The gym was very small & lacking equipment.

loved the bar and restaurant and the breakfast area, never got to see the pool abd spa but I booked because of them being there.

I was there for a Doctor’s visit in Glasgow, but normally I’d book in an area with more green spaces/less built up area. However, I would come back!

Room was far too warm/hot. Fan was too noisy. And with window open was very noisy next to the road. The en-suite had glass walls… if I’d been with my wife then I would have likely complained and requested a different room. Between the window frosting you can see the toilet from the bed….

Bathroom & Linen were clean and fresh. Breakfast was super! Everything you could ask for. Included excellent Veggie, gluten and several Milk alternative (non Dairy) options. Pool, steam and sauna were good temp. You have to bring your own towels from the room though.

The rooms and corridors could do with a little TLC. Tired bathroom & beds but linen was clean and fresh.

The hotel facilities looked great

After travelling 16 hour working day I booked into the hotel the walls were so thin that the two bedrooms next doors may as well have been one room. I had terrible noisy neighbours whom woke me up three times by shouting laughing and screaming. Messaged the hotel at 2 o’clock to advise that they were loud and to kindly ask them to turn the volume down and they did nothing. When checking out I advised the lady on reception and honestly would have got more conversion for the wall. For this reasons I would never stay here again.

The staff was very accommodating when I requested a change of room, my little girl was very impressed by the size of the bed.

There could have been a lift to the rooms on the top floor as I struggle with stairs but apart from that I'm unable to comment because there wasn't actually anything we didn't like.
