Grecotel Daphnila Bay

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bay is wonderful, and there is a great view from all the hotel. Beds and bed linen were comfortable. Food was excellent, we really enjoyed the great variety of salads, and healthy food. Beach was perfect with a little baby and we were never hungry due to the great food selection at the beach bars, creperie. Majority of the staff was really friendly and helpful. Baby food preparation was a great help for us.

Minibar contained little stuff compared to other all inclusive hotels, where we stayed. No snacks in the room, any did’t have a great variety of drinks either. (But bars had everything, so that was perfect for us). We travelled with a baby and there were some situation when we expected little more help/ proactivity and kindness regarding our requests, as a family friendly hotel. This happened only in a few cases, as the majority of the staff were great, but at the end we experienced some uncomfortable situation.

Loved the chilled vibe of the place- it was beautiful. Staff were really friendly and helpful ( with the exception of the male that run the shuttle boat service between the hotels ! - he was rude!) Rooms were great and food was lovely. Entertainment was perfect for us- low key and finishing at a reasonable hour

I think there should be more information available. The app doesn't provide great information. There is no information displayed about trips or options to book your own tax- only guest services, and unless you know what you are asking- its not much help. The water taxis to the other hotels are displayed on a laminated sheet on reception and the bars, but you hardly notice them. I think there should be a pack in each room personally

Buffet per colazione, pranzo e cena vario e ottimo; staff accogliente e disponibile. Bungalow spazioso. Area spiaggia ampia, molti lettini ma pochi ombrelloni, però la presenza di alberi garantiva comunque ombra.

Troppe api e vespe quando si mangiava fuori, ma probabilmente è una cosa a cui possono porre poco rimedio.

a bit too much of a package holidays and the equipment in the room could be improved (lock in the bathroom and comfort of the bed
