Location is perfect. Just in the middle of Clarens.
Comfortable fluffy bed and linen, blankets, pillows.
Good pressure in a shower.

Breakfast is a mess...only 1 egg station...and you can wait and wait....not enough tables...not enough coffee....we were waiting for simple black coffee for 40 min...then we went to coffee shop in clarens...

The breakfast buffet is great. The location is fantastic
The room was a little disappointing in that it seemed they are skimping on soap supply and the water pressure was very bad in the shower and basin.
There was no butter for breakfast only margarine which I was disappointed with

Hotel is nice, central with easy access to the Clarens square. Safe and secure parking - clean rooms, lovely breakfast.
second day early morning there seem to have been a burst sewage pipe - the smell kept me up. reception seem to have not been aware of any work being done on the property that might have led to the smell.
