Excellent location, near the beach. Good layout for 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Would stay here again.

I just returned from Lima, and this place is truly a hidden gem in San Miguel. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and very safe, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.Waking up to the ocean every morning and ending the day with stunning sunsets was unforgettable. The peace and calm this place offers made our stay very special. At first, I was concerned about not having a washer/dryer, but there is a very affordable lavandería nearby (just a short walk), which turned out to be convenient and a great way to support a local business. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and full of charm. There’s a small local shop on the same street run by a sweet older lady (cash in soles), and a pollería nearby for a delicious meal. My son loved exploring the area and practicing his Spanish.Thank you, Silvana, for your kindness the water waiting for us when we arrived early was such a thoughtful touch. We happily left some for the next guests.I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lima!

The host, Sylvana, is very responsive and kind. No problems there. However, the experience was rather disappointing because I had rented this accommodation to walk on the beach, and it's not accessible. The accommodation is actually located near a very noisy highway. Furthermore, it's 30 minutes from the airport, not 10 minutes, which increases taxi fares. I didn't get what was advertised, and the neighborhood had nothing interesting nearby. Sylvana was understanding of my disappointments but didn't offer me any credit. Had I known, I would never have rented at that price
