lovely large room with great air conditioning and view not bad from 5th floor. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a little flat. Location wasn't bad as it was close to the mall, the tram (which is an excellent way to get up the coast a bit. Wasn't so close to the restaurants that the noise kept me awake. The pool, both inside and out are lovely. And loungers to sit in are comfy. Cafe in the East wing is easy to get to once you find your way around.

So close to everything, and our double room apartment also had 2 full size bathrooms. European laundry also was handy.

We had ants and bugs throughout the apartment and it wasn’t the most clean (mold in shower) but not worth a room change or big complaint

Great location, clean and comfortable.

The gym was too small and lacked equipment and heavier weights. Too many units so the size of the gym, sauna and spa we struggled to get to use them due to so many others already either in them or using the facilities.

Everything!! Location, Rooms, Facilities, Cleanliness it was just all so good.

Everything we needed in the apartment. Even had some Tupperware boxes for storing open packets of food. Great to have a clothes rack for wet swimwear and towels after the beach/ pool. The pool area was lovely and the 12m indoor pool great for doing some freestyle laps.

Our apartment was on the road side, so a little noisy all the time, unfortunately road works were also happening day and night. No double glazing, which may have helped with the noise issues.

Very good location close to everything. Staff are amazing, apartments are nice size with a laundry. View was great.

The facilities were exceptional, I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone. So spacious, clean and the location was perfect.

That there weren't extra towels for swimming.

Excellent location on the Gold Coast. Walking distance to the beach, Broadbeach restaurants and across the road from Pacific Fair shopping mall.

Staff were ok. One of the elderly lady that lives there were rude to every guest.

Room we're dirty and I had to vacuum my self. Only gave us 5 towels for three days. Indoor pool.was dirty

Location is perfect, directly across the road from Pacific Fair and the start of the tram network and the 777 bus to the airport. Easy walking distance to the casino and all the restaurants / cafes in main Broadbeach. The room was lovely, had the ocean view I was after. The bed was perfectly confortable, extra blankets and pillows were available if needed too.

The location was walking distance to the beach, Pacific Fair mega shops and also Gold Coast Light Rail so excellently placed. Room was spacious for studio size and had all conveniences. Queen Bed was extremely comfortable as it was fairly firm. Note: Definitely try coffee shop under east tower as food, coffee and your hosts were exceptional🤩

Air-conditioning controller went flat and aircon was on heat. As it was cold outside, left sliding door ajar so no big problem there…nice fresh air…I suppose should have seen reception for replacement controller🤷‍♂️🤦🤦

The location was great, the room was good & clean.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and we had people next door fighting & carrying on late at night so that was a concern and it also happened the night after (but not as bad)

Brilliant spot. Exactly where we wanted to be. Our room was HUGE, so much space. Lovely 1 bedroom with living room. Great view to Pacific Fair and mountains. All toiletries provided as was everything in the kitchen. HUGE bed and so comfy. TV in bedroom as well, great for news and coffee in the morning 👍short walk to Pacific Fair and The Star Casino. Beach not far either. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

My only suggestion would be a walk in shower instead of over the bath. That's because I have sore knees. Change the shower head to one that can be hand held.
