An excellent and spacious accomodation with a beautiful balcony and the view of the sea. Close to the shops, restaurants, and more lively areas.
It was a good place, don't have much to complain about.

The property is an excellent location, it is very quiet, the pool was excellent and we were often the only people there, the staff are lovely and clean the room every day, the view from the room is incredible we absolutely loved it.
There are many reviews about the property being run down, we didn’t find this to be true. The bathroom is a little outdated and small but it definitely does not affect your stay. Beds are also hard like other reviews suggest but again we both slept very well and would not let it deter you from booking.

View from balcony was lovely.
Mattress was much too hard - incredibly uncomfortable even when I put a duvet onto of it
The pool is above quite a noisy road.
Basic room and very small shower which lets water go all the floor.

It’s near Benitses and the key entry system works well. Your cleaning staff were friendly and professional.
Needs TLC, tiles hanging off external walls, leaking water tank, the pool was ok, but no sun shades to use, so shade very limited.
It seems as though you the owners are doing the bare minimum to keep the apartments going, but with maximum profit being your first concern and customer satisfaction comes lower down the list.
Even the apartment sign is illegible due to flaking paint. Come on owners get a grip.

"Posizione molto comoda essendo che il centro era a 500 metri e se si voleva fare una passeggiata tranquillamente in 10 minuti si era in centro. Bella la piscina molto grande. Vista passaggio aerei"
